Ввести код *#7370# . Затем пароль по умолчанию, это – 12345, хотя в инструкции о нём вы не прочтёте. Вы получите полную очистку со сбросом. Если же вы когда-то меняли защитный код, а теперь забыли, то надо во включенном состоянии одновременно нажать и удерживать кнопки: включения, уменьшения громкости и камеры. Как только телефон начнёт вибрировать отпустите кнопку вкл/выкл. Оставшиеся две кнопки удерживайте пять секунд и потом отпустите. Теперь телефон сбросил настройки и восстановил заводские, т. е. в силу вступило значение по умолчанию (12345).
Если вышеизложенное не получиться то придется перепрошиваться, или же воспользоваться программой nokia software update в режиме восстановления.
